- There is no membership fee at our site.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If you wish to purchase our products outside Canada and the USA contact us( info@standoutedc.com ) for arrangements first.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

Please be aware that some of our furniture pieces, including the lamps can not be shipped via air mail and will take 4-6 weeks to reach you.

IF YOU HAVE CUSTOM ITEM MADE THAT INFLUENCES COST OF SHIPPING YOU WILL BE ADVISED AT TIME OF QUOTATION FOR THIS PARTICULAR ITEM.

TRANSIT, HANDLING TIME

Order Handling Time: 1-3 Days (Monday to Friday)

Transit Time: 3-9 Days (Monday to Friday)

 

DELIVERY TERMS

To ship the merchandise, we use (Example: UPS, Redex, DHL etc) Shipping.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

If an item is returned, through no fault of our own, it is the responsibility of the BUYER to pay any additional shipping. The buyer may choose to receive a refund, minus shipping and handling fees charged at the time of purchase. But any reshipping of items returned for wrong address or non delivery will be supplied at the cost of postage at the buyers expense.

 

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

For a single order, we don't offer shipping to different addresses. Please place separate orders if you want products delivered to different addresses.

WRONG ADDRESS

You will be responsible for paying all shipping fees for resending the product if you provide the incorrect address during checkout and it is returned to us.

TRACKING AN ORDER

Your order will have a tracking number once it has been shipped, allowing you to follow it until it is delivered to you.(Tracking Page)
