We ship with Best possible carrier, we will forward tracking numbers to the buyer once the item has been shipped. Insurance on items over $100 is included.

IF YOU HAVE CUSTOM ITEM MADE THAT INFLUENCES COST OF SHIPPING YOU WILL BE ADVISED AT TIME OF QUOTATION FOR THIS PARTICULAR ITEM.
If an item is returned, through no fault of our own, it is the responsibility of the BUYER to pay any additional shipping. The buyer may choose to receive a refund, minus shipping and handling fees charged at the time of purchase. But any reshipping of items returned for wrong address or non delivery will be supplied at the cost of postage at the buyers expense

All buyers are asked to forward a phone number where they may be reached, this information is included on the delivery package for the convenience of the carrier. Your personal information is not stored or distributed by us in any way.

International buyers: Please be aware that some of our furniture pieces, including the lamps can not be shipped via air mail and will take 4-6 weeks to reach you.
International orders: buyers are responsible for any or all taxable duties, and any/all customs or brokerage fees.
