We are open to refunds on all in stock items except for prior stated exceptions . Buyer is responsible for return shipping and only the price of the item will be refunded
- the customer must indicate for customs that the shipment is a return of goods and the value 1$.
For free shipping items: an amount of 20.00$CA will be deducted for restocking costs.

The cost of lost or damaged packages over $100 will be covered by shipping insurance. The buyer will help in answering questions and send pictures asked by shippers insurance. The buyer will be kept informed of refund information, product will either be refunded or remade. Secondary shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
